(I'm being hyperbolic ofc, but as someone who's followed this project for months, it's amazing to see orbitalmoonrat's animatic get turned into full 3d, all done by phrenso! note: there have been some slight character design changes on asha, plus adding star boy, but seriously PLEASE watch this it is beautiful and made me emotional)

This is magical ✨

I was following the progress of this project, and the result is *chef kiss 🤌

I love that little star and his chaotic personality, in fact I think it’s the only thing I liked about the movie 👀 and I know that it was created for his marketable potential, but they could find a compromise.

I think his character could be better exploited (ok, most of the characters from this movie deserve a better exploration)

He could also have a temporary human form and he might wish to become a real human to stay with Asha. And since it was for Disney 100th, this could have been a reference to their past works, like The little mermaid, Pinocchio, The Beauty and the Beast and so on! As I said in the past, it is a pity that artists working for Hollywood have their wings tied by producers who no longer look to the artistic side of a work
