Unlocking hips and a lil energy session on myself...this table gonna get some work even with Covid  blocking super hard right now..Breathe of fire is a lil rough to learn but man does it work

Sometimes doing a full, structured yoga routine is a daunting task. On days like that, I just let myself play around for 15-20 minutes. I do the poses that feel necessary, and practice the movements that get me excited.
