PIIT28
I have started the PIIT28 designed by Blogiates and am really enjoying it 3 days in. 💛It's based around the concept that the workout only lasts 28 minutes and 40 seconds and then also there is a 5-6 minute warm up and a 8-10 minute cool down. Everyday the warmup is the same but there are 11 video options for the workout and 3 video options for the cool down flexibility training so different combinations can be made each day to keep it interesting. I love how there is a cool down designed for you to target the areas you were working that day (for example if it's leg day then you will be asked to do the lower body flexy training) as I usually don't know what stretches would help me cool down my muscles the best.💪🏻 There's also an Instagram challenge that you have as an added bonus option to take part in and get more involved in the PIIT community. I haven't started yet as I don't usually use my personal Instagram for things like that and I wouldn't be comfortable putting things like before and after pictures onto it for people I know to see. However, I have been considering starting a thinkofwhyyoustarted Instagram so that I could take part in this challenge, would any of you be interested in that? Please let me know if you would want me to or also let me know if you have a fitness inspired Instagram and do you enjoy it and would you recommend it?📷
