We're getting this week started with some 𝘗𝘶𝘴𝘩𝘶𝘱 𝘒𝘪𝘤𝘬 𝘛𝘢𝘱𝘴!
𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬:
- Pretend that you have a glass of water on your back when you are in plank or bear position - try not to tip that water over!
- When moving from side to side, move opposite hand and foot at the same time
- 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Instead of moving from side to side, do shoulder taps with knees down. Perform the push up with knees on the floor. & Step into and out of bear position instead of doing a toe tap
