- Pretend that you have a glass of water on your back when you are in plank or bear position - try not to tip that water over!โฃ
- When moving from side to side, move opposite hand and foot at the same timeโฃ
- ๐๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Instead of moving from side to side, do shoulder taps with knees down. Perform the push up with knees on the floor. & Step into and out of bear position instead of doing a toe tapโฃ
