Plural marriage means grocery shopping with your vampire husband, talking softly out loud back to him as we try to figure out what cheese to buy, he picks the cheese (and made a good choice), and when you go to pay and it rings up nearly ten dollars at checkout, he tries to convince you to put it back because he knows we have bills coming up, only for you to say “You don’t ask for a whole lot of food, we can get the cheese”, and then hear back a whined French plea of “But it’s expennnsiiiiive!”
Plural marriage is also buying the cheese anyway because you’re fronting and he can’t stop you.
