Hey friendly reminder that if a plural system says to not use parts language with them... you DON'T FUCKING USE IT. I'm going to start BITING people who call us "parts" DESPITE how much I say it feels EXTREMELY devaluing and depersonalizing. It feels like we're being reduced to "parts of a single person" which we HATE when the majority of us are not that!! We'd prefer it meaning to use "parts of a whole collective identity" but that is not the way people are using it, therefore we form a negative connotation to it.

I've been fronting less and less and I'm super anxious about it. Plurality is so scary at times. Imagine sharing your life with 7-8 other people. Having to consider their needs and wants simultaneously. I won't lie, it's kind of stressful.

genuinely do anti endos/sysmeds know that they’re talking to real people? like real human beings who have feelings and struggles and hobbies and passions and insecurities and all that shit?

because why is it so normalised to literally bully and abuse people in the name of “they’re not like me so they must be fake”?

i’m so tired of being told i don’t deserve to live because my system was PARTLY formed by endogenic means

denying people’s lived experiences is abuser behaviour but no one seems to care

lowkey hate the plural community, why does everyone suck?

like just because i think discourse is the least important thing we can be spending energy on that means i cut myself off from like 80% of the community it seems.

Hey uh, general rule of thumb

Don’t call introjects terrible things based on their source? For one, not every introject is or associates with their source, and for two, it’s very rude. Even if they are source-adjacent.
