His name is Rito, after Akisato Riko, the writer of the first technical origami book! Anything she makes out of origami will come to life- think of Kubo from Kubo and the Two Strings to picture how this works. His favorite use of this power is to turn origami claws into actual claws in place of a weapon.
Her Magical Boy Weapon is, therefore, a sleeve of paper that never empties. This is only a weapon because of his power.
A useless fact about Rito is that she is one of Lavendula's spouses! She's a painter by trade, not an origami artist, and paints Lavendula's cake toppers, which are made by his other spouse!
