Why does Pennsylvania get all the best mascots? I need to plan a Baseball Pilgrimage. (I do love both Philly and PGH anyway.)

I miss the Wichita Wingnuts, but that was partly because their away jerseys were white with huge red italic-y text on the front that just read NUTS.

Oh, I didn't know the A's had dot races! I follow a Texas Rangers beat writer on Twitter, and he always updates their dot race standings every night. Cleveland just does it so that everyone has the same number of wins at season's end (27), provided all 81 home games are played.

Omg the DOT RACE STANDINGS. Amazing.

Oh, how fun! The As could have done that, I would have stood and cheered for BART train races....

May: What canon planet/place would you visit first? Ooh I don’t know. I really liked New Earth and Akhaten. Apalapucia (however you spell it) without that inconvenient plague. I’d really want to go to the Library too but it mightn’t be the best idea for a first trip.
