Gotta feel sorry for JJ’s kids. Try navigating the teen years with an expert in human behaviour for a mother. Gonna be hell.
Henry Lamontagne, I wish you the least morbidly embarrassing teen years possible.
In your professional opinion, who is the most tramatized Robin?
Look I gotta say Jason or Damian
Based off his life before being robin he already had a Roth start, one I relate to in many ways
Then Jason was beaten to brutally then died in a fiery explosion
He was 15
The had to come back to life after being dead for a solid minute. Imagine going through all that, go to heaven (which is canon) then being ripped back down to earth, only to find out the man who became his father didn’t stop his killer
Damian was raised in a cult, he never got the chance to experience being a child. He was surrounded by death
He was surrounded by pain. Both physically and mental. I can’t even begin to imagine what the healing process would be like for Damian, how angry he’ll be once he it hits him. That he never got a childhood, that his own family just took that from him. Raised him like some kind of weapon
Then of course Damian dies, goes to hell (canon) and comes back
And I gotta say, Damian deserves better
“Press F for wheelie please. His existence is not exactly a breeze :(“
wait!! i’m thinking about how ahsoka, kanan, and cal were all technically padawans at the time of order 66 (with ahsoka being exiled before she could become a knight) and, while i know cal was definitely younger than ahsoka by a bunch, he’s not that much younger than kanan i dont think??? so it’s very funny to me that kanan gets to become a jedi knight post-order 66, and even gets a padawan of his own, but cal just finds another jedi master in cere.
so that’s how it is huh.
