look at this non-existent progress in my figure lol, but decent progress in the run itself, getting it down to 10 minute miles is such a good achievement for me 💪🏼💋
post exercise, body positivity yada yada yada, i know i do this every few months & i say i’m determined to turn my life around etc. but not this time, this time i’d like to stay healthy, and just start running a bit more, go swimming & get out on the bike!
