Tadi malam, bersama anggota @teaterumpunpadi melakukan meditasi bersama. Sejenak mengosongkan pikiran dan juga belajar berkonsentrasi. Membuat aku teringat perjalanan kapan lalu, ketika sedikit rehat dari rutinitas dan keruwetan kota. Aku selalu suka bepergian sejenak dari kota, dan sekaligus membuang segala macam-macam pemikiran ala perkotaan itu. Perkuliahan, organisasi, dan hal-hal lainnya yang terkadang membuatku banyak lupa. Lupa bagaimana mensyukuri hidup, lupa bagaimana peduli kepada orang lain dan lupa bagaimana memberi waktu bagi diri sendiri, untuk belajar.
