This is a doodle of my interpretation of the lock box enemy in CotL, a stupid rare enemy I might use for lore!

In the 1990 Batman comic arc "Bride of the Demon" (the first time Ra's & Tim encounter each other) Ra's has a lover named Evelyn. As the evil-secret-lair-base is exploding or imploding or whatever at the end of the story, Evelyn and Talia escape in an aircraft together. Evelyn says she's pregnant with Ra's' baby.

And then. As far as I can tell. She never shows up again. Is never even mentioned again. Talia has an entire pseudo-stepmom and potential half-sibling that just don't get used by the writers.

Flailing about this now because one, I think this has a lot of fanfic potential. Especially during the "Resurrection of Ra's al Ghul" arc if you want Talia bending her morals in an attempt to save her son. Or several years post-canon to give Damian (and possibly Talia, depending on how far out of touch she and Evelyn fell) a surprise relative.

A sequel to last year's post, I'd like to show you:

Potential new characters for 2025!!! ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆

This is sort of a mix of characters who were already supposed to show up a while ago but haven't yet, characters who 100% WILL come, characters who may never come at all but I still wanted to draw, and just me kinda making up stuff. Enjoy!

The other two members of the concept art piece that gave us Mauve and Amethyst! I've always considered that maybe Violet could be the Koopalings' aunt (Alphonse's sister) but there just isn't really a storyline I can think of atm that would warrant her existence... And, no clue for Iris... I guess we'll just have to see what the future holds!

I think y'all already know that Gobble-Gut is supposed to come in eventually... Well, here he is! (His in-game design isn't very... Y'know... Person-like?? So, I had to modify it)

Rango & Peasley's exes! I have kinda wanted Peasley to meet with Mallow sometime, just to see how he's doing, leading to Ludwig having an intense reaction, keeping in mind the Pine incident... I'm still on the fence over whether Doopliss will appear in person, but if he DOES, he'll look like that!

All I'll say is that everyone in this photo is gonna have SOMETHING to do with Peasley & his family~ ;3

PAULINE, TOO- It was mentioned a while ago in that Family Trees post, that Pauline is Haru's sister. Yeah. I don't really have a reason for this. :/ I don't have much planned for her, either. She is the mayor of New Donk City, so maybe Topper & Plessie can go over there to see a concert or something??

The reason Haru never told Peasley about her is probably just... They aren't very close? As kids, Haru was the most obnoxious older brother in existence. (Not CRUEL, just annoying) so when they grew up, Pauline got her ass away from him to become a GIRLBOSS. Oh yeah-

Haru has always wanted to be in power. He tried to get with Princess Peach before he ended up with Queen Bean, in hopes of marrying and becoming king. He's probably tried to get with many other monarchs in the past! Meanwhile, Pauline took things into her OWN hands and RAN for mayor in an election. Yay, girlboss!

Just, um, some guy! Don't mind him! As well as Alby & Candace (AKA Deaf Yoshi Kid and Yoshi Mama from The Baby mini-series) Yeah, I told y'all they'd be back!! I'm not gonna say exactly what they're gonna DO, though, hehe. Fun fact for those who don't know, Alby & Candace were named after a deaf teacher at my school (Miss Candace) and her assistance pooch (Alby)

Antasma. Yes. I don't have anything planned for HIM specifically, but he is... Sort of behind a few things. I don't know how to explain my idea... He's probably dead now, but left an impact! (Thank God- Bro is literally nightmare fuel)

Bats (Anthro ones, not the blue guys) are going extinct. In fact, Antasma is/was probably the last 100% bat without other breeds mixed in. And they are... One of the most evil, putrid beings known to exist. They naturally have no ability to feel guilt or concern for others. And they can't even feel LOVE (Unless it's explicitly for another member of their own species) To the point that half-bats only exist as a last ditch effort to save the species (As in, bat-parent only had kids to reproduce—Not because of love for the other parent) People with bat genetics seem to have a natural evilness to them...

You know, I’ve been thinking long and hard about the whole BlackSun vs BumbleeBee debacle in the RWBY Fandom

As you know, I’m not really fond of BumbleBee. It’s not really my cup of tea. Now I’m not one to assume anything, but it seems like this ship MIGHT happen. (MIGHT being the key word here). If it does, I’ll still continue to watch RWBY regardless. As much as I might not like it, I’m not gonna go up in arms about it and scream at the cast and crew. Shipping’s fine but I fell in love with the characters, world and story first. I’m not gonna give up all that just for a ship.

That being said, it’s also very possible for BlackSun to happen as well. Enough time has been spent on developing Blake and Sun’s friendship/potential relationship for it to work. Plus, Blake does genuinely like Sun, that much is clear.

So this got me thinking, should BlackSun happen or should BumbleBee happen? To that, my answer is;

Why not both?

Seriously, why not both? People get into more than one relationship all the time. People fall in love, people fall out of love. It happens. I can see RWBY going on for at least 13 volumes and I think that’s plenty of time to have Blake in more than one relationship. Maybe she and Yang get together at one point, but things don’t work out. At that point she’ll end up with Sun. Or the opposite can happen and maybe things don’t go well with Sun, with Blake and Yang dating later. Honestly, it could go either way.

OR, and this might be crazy, Blake could end up with neither of them.

Repeating my last statement, RWBY could very well go on for a long time. In the later seasons, new characters could be added and maybe Blake could end up in a new relationship with one of them.

But really, who knows what’s gonna happen? I’m just gonna wait and see what Miles and Kerry have in store for us. They might even surprise us with a new character all together, but only time will tell.

Hey, we don't even need a parent character...just an adult who understands the world and doesn't make leaps and bounds and use teenage cockiness to assume they know whats politically best for everyone. Someone with life experience who makes educated decisions would be much nicer to follow.

What other characters would you like to see in RWBY?

We probably won’t be seeing any new major characters in the upcoming volumes. But IF, and this is just speculation, we do see new characters, then what should they be like? Considering a lot of characters are based on fairy tales, myths, legends and even some historical figures.

Imagine a group of mud wings where one of the sisters has dragonets but only one ever hatches so they keep the lone dragonet and raise them instead of leaving them to fend for them self

I wish they add a dragon protagonist who has some kind of disability like blindness, deaf, mute. Like something different please.
