Anyone want some Insanely Delicious Screamin' Shrimp? You bet ya do!! Who’s Hungry?!?! Check out this Screamin’ Spinach, Bacon, Provolone and Screamin’ Onionz Omelette! Insanely Delicious! . Here’s the recipe: 1/2 cup Sautéed Spinach, ours in Olive Oil and Sea Salt 3 Xtra Large Eggs 3 Strips Bacon, Crispy & Chopped 2 Slices Provolone or your Cheese of choice. . 1. Scramble the Eggs, add sautéed spinach and scramble together. 2. Heat Cast Iron Flat Top or Skillet over medium heat. @lodgecastiron is our choice. 3. Place 1 Tbsp of butter, bacon fat or oil on cast iron right before adding eggs. We used 1/2 T butter and 1/2 T oil. 4. Slowly pour Egg/Spinach mixture onto cast iron and spread out over the surface. 5. Add Cheese, Bacon and Screamin’ Onionz. 6. Place cover over the Omelette until the eggs are cooked through and the cheese is melted. 7. Fold the Omelette into 3 parts if you used a flat top and in half if you used a Skillet. 8. Adds more Screamin’ Onionz in top and Serve! 🙌🙌 9.
