Look at that pace!! Did some walking and this speedy run! Second mile was 8:29! Then I did a chest and back lift from peloton!
But really this run felt great! Proud of me! :)
I moved into my new apartment yesterday, and today I ventured out to find a running path. I also got my COVID vaccine!
