I’m back in the zone again after a couple of weeks of trips away. This morning I’ve prep’d my roast pork salad. Added some kale leaves, radishes, cucumber, tomatoes and pickled onions plus a little light mayo plus a sugar free jelly. Also taking breakfast (Greek yoghurt, granola and banana) and two snacks (peanut butter protein balls and some sliced turkey and a babybel cheese.
