Walt Disney was told he lacked creativity.

One of the most creative geniuses of the 20th century was once fired from a newspaper because he was told he lacked creativity. Trying to persevere, Disney formed his first animation company, which was called Laugh-O-Gram Films. He raised $15,000 for the company but eventually was forced to close Laugh-O-Gram, following the close of an important distributor partner.

Desperate and out of money, Disney found his way to Hollywood and faced even more criticism and failure until finally, his first few classic films started to skyrocket in popularity.

You’re going to be happy in life. You’re going to go where you need to be and are supposed to be. The people you have, you will have for a reason. The people who leave, will leave for a reason. You are going to have sooo many days that you think, “this is the best day of my life.” It’s so important to remember that... But it’s more important that you remember there will be days you will feel entirely opposite. You will want to give up on everything. You will want to sleep for days on end. There will be times when everything goes right, and it’ll be the most overwhelmingly blessed feeling. There will be days where everything just goes wrong and you will question every act you’ve done to ever deserve it... There will be people who will help you and impact you in such positive ways. You’ll want to keep them forever; and you should. There will be people who get in the way or try to bring you down to bring themselves up. Help them. Those are the people who need it the most. You will go through so many hardships in your life. but it’s most essential to outweigh the thoughts that bring you down by remembering all the countless blessings you receive day to day. It is so important to keep yourself going and to not rely on other people to do that for you. No matter how much they can change your mood. It’s easy to give up. and it’s okay to be scared. It’s okay to fear what the future has in store. I can’t stress enough how critical it is for you to just keep going. What God will put you through, he WILL get you through. Even if things seems so wrong, in the end it will ALWAYS end up right. You will become who you are meant to become. Regardless of what you desire at the moment. Regardless what people say about you or what they think you’ve been through. Don’t become so superficial and only care about how other’s see you.  You cannot let people hurt you. You cannot let the weather ruin your day. Bad days come. And it’s absolutely necessary to come to accept that. If you think you’ll fail, that’s your reason to persevere. If other people think you will fail, that’s an even greater reason... But you must come to the conclusion that only you can do things for yourself. Push through all obstacles because the view at the finish line will be so worth it. You will grow in strength and it will surely benefit you more than you realize.  In the end, it will be so rewarding. In the end, you will be able to say ‘I did it..all on my own.” In the end, I will be able to say that.  I will take on any challenge and with God by my side, I can only achieve success.
