no no no no they're completely different!
inclus refers to inclusive, which in this context is about queer labels. those who are radinclus are radically inclusive for queer labels, meaning they accept all lgbtq+ identities if they are good faith (labels which are made for people to describe themselves that aren't created to hurt others, like mspec monos, hence "in good faith").
radinclus people acknowledge that queer identities are diverse and should not be limited by what people think queerness should be. it's celebrating queer people's unique relationships to our identities while also making sure that queer labels aren't simplified to be more "appealing" or "good enough" for non queers, especially in the erasion of queer history.
radqueers try to be "radically queer inclusive" by essentially saying that anything can be queer and that "no radqueer labels are wrong/offensive". I'm talking transids, pride in having harmful paraphilias, encouraging fults, etc.
these are two extremely different things.
(some definitions/examples under cut incase you don't know what some words mean)
transid = thinking you can transition to anything (ex. "transabled" - thinking you can transition to being disabled just because you want to or "feel like you should be disabled")
[ note that some transid terms like transabled, transrace, and transage, were stolen from other communities and given a new meaning by transids. ]
harmful paraphilias = paraphilias where someone would get hurt if the attraction of the paraphiliac was acted upon (most commonly reffering to pedophilia, necrophilia, and zoophilia. these are sometimes called "the big three" as they are the most well known/prevalent harmful paraphilias)
[ note that having harmful paraphilias does not inherently make someone a bad person. paraphilic disorders are still disabilities that someone cannot control. if someone is getting help for their issues, is recovering, does not act on their attraction, and doesn't think of their harmful paraphilia as a "good thing" then they are not a bad person. the issue is when people don't do these things and have "pride" in having harmful paraphilias, essentially romanticising it and severely downplaying its harm. they are bad people. ]
fults = fake cults (basically trying to roleplay a cult. except obviously they use actual cult tactics because pretending to be in a cult is extremely dangerous and disgusting which will only lead to people being brainwashed/manipulated by others, even if it's "fake".)
