Hi... You can call us... well... we dont know yet...

We've been finally talking to ourselves. Usually at night and in a book, because on paper or written down is the only way we can process or discuss. Inside our mind is loud, chaotic, and we have issues with picturing stuff, so its been a hard way to try to process. Thus, writing our our dialogue helps. And since we dont know most of our names, the hand writing changes and general jump from one side of the page to the other helps us sort of keep track of who's talking. (Though its mostly vibes at this point tbh.)

We've been severely dissociating for years, but over the last month+ since talking to each other and the parts of ourself, we have felt... more grounded. Still lots of confusion and uncontrolled switches and such, still quite dissociated in certain ways and certain contexts, but we've just been doing better since we discovered we likely arent alone in our head.

Anyways, Hi. I don't think we're alone in here.
