Sometimes I question if maybe my dreams are trying to tell me that I may need a therapist

I dreamed these days, it was about me getting abandoned by everyone I care about, I tried soo much to try to talk to them but they wouldn't respond and then stuff started to be blurry, I then went "home" (didn't actually look like my home, more of a weird liminal space area) and grabbed a rope, then I hanged myself, then I woke up.

Is kinda weird for me, especially the rope choice, I hate rope texture.
