I really need some advice guys.. I don't know what I should do. I'm wondering if I should make a gofundme for my family? My dad was approved for disability almost right away since he has terminal cancer, but we still have the waiting period before we receive any benefits. We are struggling really bad because my mom is the only one who's able to work now. My dad is going through chemo three times a week every two weeks, and his treatment is an hour away so we're spending a lot on gas alone 🥺 I'm watching my parents struggle harder than they ever have before and I can't even be of any help to them because I haven't been approved for disability yet and I can't get a job in my current condition so I'm useless to them. I want so badly to find a way to help them make it through the next few months until my dad's benefits come in, but I've also heard good and bad things about gofundme. Is it worth trying out in hopes that it will actually help my family out, or is it not actually worth trying? I know my parents hate asking for help of any kind, so I'm worried I'll offend them somehow too 😞
