The right of postponement
Now your burdens have caught up with you
All your hoarding, finally reduced
The past you ignored laughs at your misery
As you run straight to the future, who awaits you patiently
Reminding you of the dues to be paid
All the things you put off to another day
Now it's returned tenfold
Brightened and written in bold
Yes, you can try to ignore it
Like you've done many times before
But your future will harbour it
To come back in a scarier form
Isn't it better to get rid of your demons;
Before it piles up to millions
Is it not better to get rid of it now
In your burdens you drown
