Also recently we've been looking more into DID. We try to do it sparingly because it can get heavy quickly and trigger flashbacks, uncontrollable switches and other not great things. Which is difficult when you're not in a safe environment-
But we've come across some information on programmed systems. Some of it makes sense. Though we want to be careful to get the right information. Does anyone know of good academic journals or educational resources?
