3D Arcade Flight Sim Action Game
Project Wingman Alpha Test 5
ITS HERE!
Current latest version : v0.3.3
Hello everyone!
It has been quite a while since I've released a Project Wingman demo. After 7 months it's finally here! This will be the second last demo before the Kickstarter Campaign of the game so please look forward to that!
This is not quite the “BIG” demo I’ve been hyping up for a while (boo). However, this release will have a few new toys for you to play with and an additional level that showcases different aspects within Project Wingman. At heart this demo is mainly a huge polish pass of the game and a lot of bugfixes, which is why it has taken this long to release.
That being said, it's the same drill as before. I'm looking for feedback on all aspects. One of the main things introduced in this update is difficulty options. Please let me know what you think of them!
Kickstarter along with the final demo with an additional mission and a sample of Conquest mode coming Early 2018.

Spellcraft has a free test build and its being optimized for Steam Deck
Spellcraft tactical PvP game is being optimized for the Linux powered Steam Deck via Windows PC and Mac. Which is the result of further efforts from the developer One More Game. Available now in a playable Public Alpha on Steam. One More Game, an indie developer, unveils their latest project, Spellcraft - a real-time battler game. They now have a public alpha test for the game, which is playable on Linux. And it's being optimized for the Steam Deck. You can join the public alpha by requesting playtest access from Steam. The game's fast-paced action is due to be a major draw for gamers. The playable public alpha will only be available until April 16th. So take your chance to experience Spellcraft early.
We've spent some time optimizing for the Steam Deck, and though it's something we'll continue to improve, its already pretty good IMO. We'd love to hear what you think after you've tried Spellcraft on the Steam Deck.
If you're looking for a fantastic Unity 3D game to play on Linux via Proton, look no further than Spellcraft! As discussed in the Steam Discussion post, this game runs incredibly smooth. Boasting an impressive art style even in its alpha build stage. Don't miss out on the chance to experience Spellcraft for yourself - it's definitely worth playing.

Public Alpha Nine - So close, so exciting! #gamedev #indiedev
Hello again!
Bet you thought we were dead, eh? Not this time, bucko! Instead of announcing that this game has been discontinued, I’m here to tell you about a bunch of awesome changes that are coming down the pipe in short order!
First up! CREATING YOUR OWN GAME
Once upon a time, everyone and their mother (hi, moms) was lumped into the same game at the same time. Even if the game was halfway…

The Road to Public Alpha 7: Loot drops! #LetThronesBeware #loot #indiedev #gamedev
Alpha 6 is humming along, which means that this post is about what’s going to be new in Let Thrones Beware’s Public Alpha 7!
Sure, there will be the usual slew of tweaks and bug fixes (there are approximately 20 items I’m hoping to resolve between now and next Monday), but do you know what else will be found in PA7? LOOT!
That’s right, starting in PA7, exploring armies will have a chance to…

Heartland Gaming Expo Alpha We Still Exist I Promise Extraordinaire
First order of business - Sorry! The last handful of months have been really crazy, so if we didn't respond to anyone or were generally boring and lacking in updates, that's why. Two of us graduated from university, two of us graduated from highschool, and an indeterminate number of us have moved to new houses/apartments/cities.
It's been weird.
But everything is settling down, and we wanted to share a little of what has been going on. We've got a lot to talk about because we haven't posted for ages, so we'll split it up into multiple posts. This one's all about the future of the alpha. Later we'll have an Expo recap and a handful of video or image posts.
Some time last century we posted about how we'd be going to the Heartland Gaming Expo. Well we did, and we had a lot of fun and some good even came out of it. The run up to HGE was pretty rough. As with last year we met at about noon and worked until 10 AM the next day.
With occasional floor-naps.
But we made a small proof-of-concept town level connected to a small dungeon level with the early beginnings of a quest and dialogue system.
Note: the Tinker looks a bit like Tavish right now, this is not multiplayer.
And Tavish sort of shows the weapon he is holding while walking!
We're pretty pleased with what we have, but there's a bit of work to do before we're really happy enough with it to release as Alpha v2. There are a handful of little graphical quirks and silly inefficiencies we'd like to stomp out before releasing it into the wild.
We also added some new and more interesting weapons, including my favorite weapon ever.
I'm always afraid to make predictions about when we'll finish things, but the build we have now we're pretty pleased with. After a little code cleanup and a round or two of internal testing, we want to get this out the door. There's not really a lot to do because I didn't make a lot of stupid 4 AM decisions like last year. So we're expecting the more major bugs to be squished sometime around the end of summer, when we will almost definitely release a build for Mac, Linux, and PC.
More to come on HGE!
