#sweatyselfie today! I #pushedplay despite my arthritis pain but it was totally low impact. I'm participating in #gfitsquats challenge (100 squats in 100 days) and doing my own challenge to boot. 100 push-ups for 100 days...hopefully I can stick w them. #weightloss (at Frederick, Maryland)

I've never just laid there after a workout! Today, that changed lol! I did 21 Day Fix Extreme Cardio and it was the hardest workout I've ever done!! I had to take a few breathers but I pushed hard and made it through! Then laid there for at least 5 min lol!! Fast feet 🙀 Killer!!!! Proud of myself for making it through! Never imagined that... I love Autumn for pushing me to my limits! I was so close to wanting to skip my #workout tonight but I didn't. This is my favorite #beforeandafter This is ME vs. ME. I had 3 doctors appointments today, errands to run, work to do, prescriptions to fill, class to teach and I came home and when I really wanted to let in my bed and even did let in my bed, I got up and #pushedplay this is a struggle folks. For all of us. I know this Instagram life can seem 24/7 happy - it's not. Now I do have reason for joy and I try to focus on positive, but that doesn't mean some days don't suck. No one else could have pulled me out of that bed. No quote, no trainer no threat. I had to do it. And I'm so glad I did. Night folks- be good to yourself. Be your motivation.
