I'm still thinking of how awk it would be for Thelaan to seduce someone.
How do you think he got with his girlfriend?
I don’t talk about my tabletop RP group’s shenanigans much because I am often not there for games (too tired/too sick to make it) but get this: my rogue fired off the most perfect shot, disarming an enemy and sending his crossbow flying a cool nine yards from his hand. GG, Qen Thelaan.
11, 19, 27? :D
11. Is there any OC of yours you could describe as a "sunshine"?
Shousa Miyuko, no relation to Hoshi Miyuko (none...at all...cough) and most likely Qenvaarad.
19. Introduce an OC that means a lot to you (and explain why)
Mina Brosca is scrappy and snappy and good-hearted if rash and by the end of the game she’s dead, but she’s a reminder that goodness can come from anywhere, through anyone, and beyond one’s own death.
27. Any OCs that were inspired by a certain song?
Paloma Lavellan, who would probably not listen to Carbon Leaf in real life. Just her, actually.
Ashkaari’s Daughters - Gone to the Dogs
My RP group sometimes asks about Thelaan, a.k.a. Qenvaarad my smiley-ass rea-juu Qunari. He really is the most rea-juu out of the lot. So here guys, have more of the canon version of my fox-throwing, fast-running, puppy-loving archer.

The dogs were strange; nothing like the square, full-coated creatures that guarded Tevinter homes and entertained children, or the tough, bristle-backed hunting hounds some magisters kept for show. These were long, lean creatures, with comically large ears framing faces that could only be described as ‘solemn’. What she had thought to be dark fur at first was simply bare, glossy skin, and they carried their whip-like tails as proud as any flag. Suddenly, as one, the dogs’ ears pricked up and they dashed for the shelter nearby, nearly overwhelming the man emerging. She could hear the clank of tin pails somewhere in the din. He matched their excited barking with his own voice, loud and brash and joyful.
While discussing Thelaan with my RP circle, I have pretty much decided that his bow, too, was called Kemastaar.
★★★★★ and their opinion on tea ;)
Natia: Sure beats beer, thank goodness. I don’t know how I functioned without it!
Mina: I like the smell more than drinking it.
Qenvaarad: The stronger, the better!
Sergius: Ugh, the drink of savages. I much prefer cocoa.
Latan: MY LIFEBLOOD.

Halim is 23 at the start of DA:I - he turned 12 the year of the Blight, on the cusp of traditional Qunari adulthood around the time Natia Brosca met, loved and lost Sten.
Paloma has a really good public speaking voice, and it's not that she fears the act, she just can't be bothered.
Vyera's nickname in the Carta was Littlefinger, due to her short last digit.
Qenvaarad pinches ears as a sign of affection. Man, woman, dog, whatev.
Theramina bites her fingernails nearly down to the quick; keeping your nails long is for noble hunters and beauties, and she's neither. Her toenails however are in a pretty...nasty...state...
