does anyone here know/have any (australian preferably) places that would want to publish an avant-garde sound poem written by a young trans person about what it means to grow up transgender, find a voice and find community within a noninclusive canon.

just if you know any place that publishes new queer poetry including sound work it would be really cool if you could let me know about it!

it's currently almost 2am whilst writing this but i found out that Two VS All has hit NUMBER ONE ON THE QUEERPLATONIC TAG ON WATTPAD.

WHAT.

it's not a big tag, sure, but its certainly a massive achievemnt.

i wish oak was awake right now so that they could experience this... but alas...

Me: Hmm... I wonder if it is possible to have a Romance with an Aromantic lead. The literal first romance genre convention I come across: Must include a love triangle. Where two are actual serious romantic options for the lead. (As in the lead has romantic feelings for them.) Me an aromantic:... Me: I guess I'll just make up a new genre then.

Guys? How would you hypothetically define what an aromance is and therefore what genre conventions it should have as its fundaments?

I want to start out with an aromantic lead or main character (aroallo or aroace) being an absolute must.

And also a happy ending for them (that isn't fundamentally tied to romance, we don't want it to be confused or reinterpreted as a romance in hindsight).

Something more coming to your minds my aro folks?
