Instant Pot Chocolate Lava Cake is a rich and moist dessert with a gooey chocolate center that you will love. The Instant Pot makes it quick and easy!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup hot water.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Grease the Instant Pot insert and pour the batter into it. Pour hot water over the batter but do not stir. Secure the Instant Pot lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Allow natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure. Carefully open the lid, and let the cake cool for a few minutes before serving.
