Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded. 1 cup hummus. 4 large tortillas. 1 cup lettuce, shredded. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Spread a quarter of the hummus onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Divide the shredded chicken evenly among the tortillas, placing it on top of the hummus. Top each tortilla with shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion slices, and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
