Radison?
They don’t have many scenes, unfortunately, but probably my favorite is them throwing magic around all over the Bronze - not so much what they’re doing, but simply the act of them doing magic together in a much more self-indulgent way, as opposed to Tara’s more repressed, “only use magic for certain things the right way” approach.
That sort of self-indulegency is one of the draws for the greyer end of Radison for me.

Amy held up her hands, taking a step back. “Come on, come on Willow, look, I promise, I won’t. Just - yoy know, stop giving me the death glare already.”
“This isn’t a death glare,” Willow clarified, or perhaps, glarified “This is the ‘You’ll be tortured if you do it’ glare. I did rip a guy’s skin off once.”
“Yeah, we all know that Willow,” Amy replied, “Look, Willow, I promise - I won’t touch the cookies you just baked until the party! I told you I’d never do it again!”
While Africa was hit by many nukes in some places (especially in North Africa), it got off comparatively nuke free. Things still went badly in the immediate aftermath, especially near the heavy-nuke zones, but as a whole, central Africa is probably the most populous and wealthiest region in the Fallout-verse, and they have a lot of tech (running on Fallout-logic, of course) that is very reminiscent of steampunk in aesthetic, though they also have a fair share of pre-war tech and pre-war design plans at the core.
