It is done! 🥳
Had to get a bit creative with the border as the original pattern method made the edges curl. All in all super happy with how it turned out.

✨️ New Cast On ✨️
I recently discovered color pooling and became obsessed with this crochet color pooling blanket. So I bought the last three skiens of this yarn at Joanns and cast it on despite it breaking my 3 project limit.
Oh well, it's gorgeous so I forgive myself. More updates coming soon as I cannot put this project down.
It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted on here (honestly didn’t even know the app still had me logged in after so long 😬) so enjoy these rainbows I’ve made ❤️
The first is a rainbow temperature blanket I made for my first year of life (June 17, 1993-May 1994). I used the Rainbow Ripple Baby Blanket pattern on Ravelry. Each point in the star is a month.
The rainbow llama I made with the leftovers from the blanket. I call him Jellybean :) The pattern I used is the Yarnspirations Llama-no-drama.
Yarn for both is KnitPicks Brava Worsted.
