i love the attention to detail in Spoken For, in the lines : “Puking my guts out almost hourly” and “Shaving off the numbers of this fucking body” its clearly shown that Teto has an eating disorder, (if you don't realize that how can you not in the MV theres a content warning LITERALLY saying “mentions of disordered eating”)

and that eating disorder is bulimia nervosa, wherein the person binges eating large amounts of food then afterwards purging it/getting rid of it through vomiting, excessive exercise, or laxatives.

earlier in the lyrics it was mentioned she vomits frequently, and has a fear of gaining too much weight. so possibly, she might have bulimia. also vomiting too much can cause tooth decay due to stomach acid rising up to the mouth.

also when she talks/sings about weight, she covers her stomach and the stage background turns black ^_^
