Imagine working at a place for 7 years, never asking for weekends off unless it’s just part of you taking a vacation. You and another person who is a family member working in the same place happen to ask for the same weekend off 16 days in advance(the requirement of notice is 14 days, two weeks), so two days more notice than is even required. We gave them two weeks and two days notice.

Then imagine the boss posting a big long message on the work app that just so happens to coincide with the week that includes the weekend you asked off for. One addressing asking for holidays or weekends off, and how “we can’t have 2 or 3 people asking for the same weekend, day, or week off”, and how asking for days off is a “request” so you might not even get it even when giving appropriate notice.

Imagine that.

I actually don’t inherently hate Ana with the vehemence that others seem to. In  fact, I don’t know her well enough to have an opinion and that’s the problem. Who is this woman?? I know canon Buddie is a LONG shot, and I’m fine with that! I’m all for healthy male friendships, and I’m all for them ending up with strong female characters. But for the love of God, give them a personality:P Write her a character that does not rely on her interactions with Eddie. You can’t just shove a female in there and say “there, see, a love interest!” Especially when Eddie’s other on-screen relationships, Shannon and Buck being the most significant ones they’ve shown us, had depth, conflict, and fleshed-out personalities (Shannon at least had motivations and a character). As it stands now, Ana and Eddie’s relationship is so color-by numbers that you could literally replace her with anyone else. And that’s not a good place to be.

Jessica Yaniv is not the representative or spokesperson for the trans community. No one from the LGBT+ community nor from “the Left” has claimed her as such. Most LGBT+ people and allies have never heard of her. No one has ever claimed her as a “prominent trans activist” except transphobic right-wing conservatives and the anti-social justice crowd. These people are making this ridiculous claim to demonized all trans people for the actions of one trans person who happens to be a sexual predator. They are using this situation to paint a narrative that all trans people are vile predators trying to force cis people have sex with them and justify their transphobia.

idk if this bothers anyone else who has gone through the college application process, or if i’m really just that petty, but i hate how shows aimed at teenagers seem to have no idea how the college process happens, like did you even fill out a common app? did you even talk to a college counselor? do you even know where you’re applying??? HOW ARE YOU EVEN GOING TO COLLEGE IF YOU NEVER EVEN CONSIDERED APPLYING UNTIL LIKE MARCH???

Rant; miss me with that ship hate

I am gonna tag every massive ship because everyone needs to hear me out about this. I’m not gonna call out any ships or people.

I love Voltron Legendary Defender, I really love it and all the characters are so precious and my ships make me so happy, you can’t imagine. But let me just say a goddamn thing, the fandom is pissing me the fuck off.

First of all, leave the goddamn VA’s alone? Stop harassing the voice actors about your ships; I’m not just looking at the shippers of my Notps. Nope, the shippers of my otps too. The VA’s have nothing to do with the story line so don’t drag them into this childish ‘war.’

Secondly, what the actual fuck is the point of sending hate? What is the point of stooping so low that you waste your precious time on sending hateful messages to anyone that doesn’t ship what you ship? There are big ships in this fandom that I don’t ship and that’s not because something else is my otp. I just don’t think they have chemistry, or I see them as great platonic friends/etc… but sending hate to shippers of something you dislike does not stop them from shipping it. If anyone would send me hate about my otp they can just fuck off and go back to their lives, I’ll never stop shipping it even if something else becomes canon.

Okay before anyone that follows me calls me a hypocrite because I have reblogged things that look sort of ‘anti.’ I have reblogged things that made fun of shippers, and I’m not going to delete those posts. They are never legitimately mean, they just make fun of it, just like I have reblogged posts that make fun of shippers from my otp that show we see 'canon!1!1!1’ in every single movement and I think those posts are funny. Everyone needs to stop seeing this all so serious, it’s an animated series for god’s sake. So please just stop being so rude to everyone there’s no point.

Conclusion:

Tl;dr 1) stop dragging VA’s into your ship wars, they’re all lovely and deserve none of this 2) sending (anon)hate is childish and has no point. Just flag or ignore posts about your notp, unless you’re like me and like making fun of our pathetic fandom 3) Please just mind your own business and stop taking this all so serious. This is just an animated show. People shipping your notp won’t have any impact on your everyday life.

Finally; let’s all just enjoy the show and every character on its own, love our precious VA’s and stop behaving like children who are in need of attention thank you. If you need to reply to this or want to say/add anything else, talk to me personally or whatever go on anon I don’t care but hate will be ignored.

pls, this cannot be the actual episode. cuz if it is, then wtf happened to their writing skills? you know, before i watched it, i thought i’d be sad tht there’s no JL, but rly i’m disappointed at the show’s quality. it’s just a series of tropes. there was like nothing new under the sun. i mean did Moffattis watch Saw and The Ring on repeat before writing this? everything’s been done before and to death! i did not sign up for a crappy gore-less horror movie with Moriarty flashback plan. as it’s been done so MANY TIMES!

plus, i hate it when shows make the Baddie “a crazy” like we’ve seen time and time again. i’m so tired and disgusted at how they turn ppl who are mentally ill into psychopathic murders, it’s cheap and easy and fake as hell. they treat Molly like a pathetic loser, instead of the awesome person she is, by making her still pining for Sherlock, ew. tht’s Moffat’s idea of insane wish fulfillment i guess. they turn Mycroft into a puddle, no iceman left. John’s pretty much just a set piece and one of the damsel’s in distress. which i guess is a bit johnlock, but there was no intimate connection between them.

not to mention this episode didn’t fit with the rest of the season, or even the other ones. there’s TONS of unanswered questions and hella loose ends. i mean i liked the parentlock 3 seconds, but other than tht, this dumpster fire can’t be real, can it?

i mean, that’s not how bombs/explosions work! tht phone Molly’s on- is not making a call, it’s on the home screen, and John was chained to the well, but they save him with a rope? wtf?!?. the editing was manic and it ends with a super cheeseball speech from dead Mary, who is such a good person! she killed for money but it’s all good cuz she loved John and Sherlock. uh no. pls oh pls let this be fake!!!

I like Huntlow in canon but I also actually enjoy aroace Hunter headcanons/aus as well. (aroaces can be in relationships, I’m aware, but as an aroace that does not want, that’s what aroace Hunter is for me specifically)

To be fair, I also headcanon them both as aspec even in canon with them as a pair. Willow pansexual demi-romantic, Hunter biromantic demi-sexual (or asexual).

I enjoy both. Rep either way!
