Hey bodyrockers ! i decided today to start the 30 day challenge. The one that started way back in january 2012. I was in need of something different so i figured, why not try something new. Today was just the fit test.

Today would have been the last day of my February 30 Day Challenhe, BUT as I said to my previous post, I didn't workout, so here it goes!
This is a rep challenge. 7 exercises, 20 rep each exercise, 3 rounds. Total of 420 reps.
Timer as a stowatch.
Bunny hop push up with leg raises = Push up / 2 leg raises / jump legs forward + back
Pull Ups Tricep Dips
Surfer kick outs with 2 Jacks = burpee / 2 jump jacks / surfer turn
Sumo Ass Out = Pendulums
Plank Drunk Chicken = Plank to elbows / feet in / jump up / Star jack
Sumo Squats
Jump Squats with 2 low squats
I completed the whole workout in 36:55 (I had to take a 5 minute break though just before the last round)
The most tough exercise imo is the Plank Drunk Chicken. Lately I enjoy very mush the push ups so I loved the first exercise!
And now after two days without any sleep, I'm going to bed! Yay!

The last couple of days have been REALLY busy, this is why I'm gonna post my workout plan now.
Thursday was Day 4 Week 2 of my February 30 Day Challenge and it was a rep challenge day! You can find all the details about this challenge here. Make sure to tell me what you thought in case you try it out!

I did my own rep challenge today:
50 Sit Ups 100 Crunches 50 Push Ups 50 Reverse Crunches 50 Oblique Crunches (each side) 50 Squats 50 Hip Raises 50 Heat Waves 25 Lunges (each side) 25 Back Lunges (each side) 100 Upright Rows
I'm trying Bikram Yoga for the first time with my housemate tomorrow. I'm so excited! I'm thinking that I might do a workout before I go but I'm not sure yet.
