Reverse Ruby Runners
Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)
“These shoes are a sparkling red color and glimmer in the sun. Though not made for combat, they are durable enough for extended adventures and due to their magical nature can survive harsh locations such as ruins, caves, and forests.”
While wearing these magic shoes your Charisma increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
You can cast a level 4 Witch Bolt without expending a spell slot. Once you cast it in this way, you can’t cast it in this way again until the next dawn. You can also cast the Witch Bolt spell using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. The spells’ spellcasting ability is Charisma.
Reverse Step. You can take a Bonus Action to teleport yourself to an unoccupied space you can see within 90 feet. When you end your turn, you instantly teleport back to the space you were in at the start of your turn. Once you use this property you cannot use it again until the next dawn.
No Plane Like Home. While wearing these shoes you can cast the Plane Shift spell if you are not on your native plane of existence, and be transported back to that plane. Once you use this spell you cannot use it again until the next dawn.
