thinkin about the comics again bc I looked over them while drawing and its kinda scary how patient Coyle was before the trials
like in Sinyala, I feel like Coyle maybe seems more impatient bc of the experiments done on him and because his job is to actively stop you through the trials and so he's gotta take every chance he gets to kill you
but in the comic, he's going about his day knowing Clyde is following and watching him and he doesn't do anything about it. He makes it clear that he was aware that he was being followed but he waited. I'd love to know what Coyle was thinking during that. It almost felt like a hunting tactic, waiting for his 'prey' to come to him.
I wonder what Coyle would have done if Clyde never approached him. I feel like he would have eventually confronted Clyde and it probably would have gone the way it did in the bar.
I just think it's a cool detail and I wonder if Coyle has any of that hunting patience left in him.
