Yena was a true fool. She thrived of spending time with people who were special and important to her. Those who really mattered never failed to recharge her batteries even when she wasn’t particularly feeling like being social. It was rare for all of them to find time to sit together with pretty much everyone a trainee except her and Joohyuk at this point. Thus it was even nicer for them to sit together if even just for an hour.

Pinky linked with Aron’s beneath the tables away from anyone’s eyes she sits with her head leaning on Minhee’s shoulder as she takes a sip from the straw of her iced latte. “It’s a shame Wendy and Hyuna are still locked in that project. It’d have been nice if they could have been here with us. Especially for this one with the long face over there.” Of course she’d picked on Kangjoon like they always do, a teasing smile on her lips as she winks at the Royal trainee. 

Ever since she came to Seoul Yena can’t help but be grateful to the amount of friends and real family she has found here. Never would she trait this for anything and nothing could get her to go back to Daegu. As much as she loved her hometown, she was simply way happier here.

Even when Kangjoon snipped a balled up napkin at her forehead, officially declaring war to her. With a smirk she tugged her straw from her drink and exhaled an evil chuckle. “You really wanna go, huh? Bring it, noob.”

November Evaluation 2018 BROSQUAD & ANTISQUAD Acapella Disney Medley

As his future with KT Entertainment was still insecure, he had settled for the realistic version to not receive a contract renewal offer as he was basically just someone to be feeded by their money while he didn't seemed like a possible future profit maker in return. So this last evaluation with most of his squad members was a special memory he would gladly remember some day. Especially with this kind of topic the evaluation seemed to be delivered just for them.

A funny song wasn't necessarily needed, therefore they had decided on a Disney related acapella medley to perform. The songs where nice and stuff but as they wore costumes matching the songs they would sing and prepared some special effects as well, the squad hoped it would cause at some laughter. Whatever GRAY did, as long as he was with his squad, he felt incredibly invincible, as if all of his doubts and troubles were blown away. They had given him so much, confidence and trust and he knew he could count on them. The oldest male looked over to his younger friends, before all of them stepped in a row in front of the trainers. Just a few more seconds and they would lead their audience to the vastness of the African savanna, to the Indian and African jungle, to the stoney paths leading to the temple of Zeus, through the rough Chinese military camp and the sandy Arabian landscapes as well as down to the depths of the ocean.

He smiled at everyone's costumes, they looked cute and funny, he himself wore a topknot wig, pretending to be extra badass, when he tried hard to not burst into laughter. It felt good to be with them, here, enjoying the moment and dreaming the same dream. This was his squad after all.

Chocolate for the boy

The day has come, Aron and Gary got into the same team during evaluations and the older felt like he just hitted the jackpot. Gary was someone who liked to care for others, as an only child he had always imagined how it would be to have younger siblings. That was why he tended to spoil Aron a lot, just like the other bros. This time around was no different, when he packed the youngers favorite strawberry chocos (which were properly stored at home in a secret emergency closet) into his training back and went to the KT building. When entering the training room he spotted the other among the fellow trainees immediately and rushed towards him to cover Aron in a bear hug. "Aron~ we are on the same team!" Without an delay, he grabbed the chocolate in his bag and gently hold it in front of his friends face. "As a celebratory gift, I brought this for you."

. for a healthy 2019

this was were he belong. he smiled and let out a sigh of satisfaction, when he rested his chin on his hand, watching the hustle and bustle around him. kang joon slightly bumped his shoulder into hyuna who was sitting next to her. they couldn't know if the trainers were watching them, so he couldn't possibly put his arm around her, but as he at least wanted a little body contact with his girlfriend (the barbeque with the squad was a good excuse for a secret jeju date after all) he bopped his body left and right, touching the arms of both hyuna and minhee who sat on either of his sides. the meat was already giving off a delicious scent, while gray-hyung stood at the barbeque grill turning each of the pieces with care. aron was telling the other a funny story about him riding on their big brother's back, flying like the wind, towards johnny's room. too bad none of his bros was with him in royal anymore, he would have loved to share a room with them. "ahh, i'm so envious of you two, arong and gray-hyungie!" he groaned, threw dramatically his arms in the air and let himself flop back.

wendy and hyuna were chatting, completely ignoring him how he was laying in the sand like that. he glanced over, putting on his pouty face, while yena poked his knee with her foot. even though she wasn't a trainee at all, she had tagged along, even dragging her bestie chaewon (who was sitting next to his baby joohyuk just like during new eve's) with her which was still appreciated because they were like a huge family. training was hard these days, the samsung stage was supposed to be super special and super awesome. kang joon still didn't really knew how to feel about his center position in a dance performance, he felt quite good to be at least recognized for his charisma, but he also didn't quite wanted to bare himself in front of thousands of viewers, basically showing how bad at dancing he was. kang joon sat straight up again and finally stood up, walking through the sand, past his friends, patting johnny's head and poking aron's cheek, before putting his chin on gray's shoulder. "how are you doing here? i'm hungry, hyung."

upon receiving the answer that the meat needed a few moments longer, he stretched his arms over his head once again, screeching out of frustration, before turning to his male buddies. "hey, guys. wanna dip our feets in the cold water? for a healthy 2019?"
