Hellooo~ I haven’t ever posted any writing on tumblr so I hope yall like it! Lmk if you have requests for who to do next :> ~ Peachy
I have 3 longer stories in mind! I’d like your opinions on which one I should write first. Which one do you want to see the most?
1. junkrat x Junker! Reader x Roadhog
Reader has heard of the duo…but working directly under the Queen she had never met them. Until one day she leaves junkertown, and meets the duo, who convince them that junkertown isn’t a good place to live. But the reader has never left the town before…they’re reluctant to leave with two strangers, so the reader sneaks out to visit the boys while they make their decision.
2. Billy Loomis x reader x Stu Macher
Reader is a long time friend of the boys, but is oblivious to their crimes. All the reader knows…is that they were both attacked by Sidney’s father, who was deemed the Woodsbouro killer. Until she meets someone that knows the truth…but will the feelings the reader has for the boys be enough to make her stay with them knowing that truth?
3. TMNT Boys x reader
Set in the 4kids TMNT and TMNT the movie. The shredder has created a gas that gives people powers, there are ranks to said powers, and the powers take the form of gems (somewhat inspired by Steven universe) reader is the highest rank, who becomes brainwashed to be the Shredder’s pawn. Very slow burn, but all 4 turtles will eventually be with the reader.
Writing fluffy Roadrat X Reader garbage because @syalin-deerfox and I bounce our weak ass soft thirsting off one another until we both die from yearning.
In which you get to retire to a peaceful life after being a wanted criminal with your boyfriends for 10+ years.
“This is it?”
“This is it.” Mako’s voice gruffed as he adjusted a large duffel bag on his arm, walking slowly into the small, one story cabin. Flat, overgrown land streched for miles around you.
“This... This can’t be IT, mate!” Jamison joined your confusion, “We’re RICH, mate! Richer than any other blokes in the whole world and- and THIS is what you get us to spend the rest of our lives in?!”
You had to admit it was... underwhelming. The little cabin was alright. Well held together compaired to most housing in the outback. But still. There was nothing here! You at least expected a pool. Maybe a jet.
Mako rolled his eyes as he unlocked the front door, “If you two want to actually spend the rest of your lives here and not in the world’s highest security prison, we have to keep a low profile.”
You huffed. He had a point. But damn, why’s he gotta be right ALL the time? S’not fair...
Jamison kicked a rock with his peg, “I understand THAT, but can’t we have somethin’ a little nicer? Or... bigger?? We got all this land!” He stretched his arms out, spinning on his good leg to amplify his complaints.
Mako didn’t listen, he just walked inside and set down his bag.
You and Jamison both huffed and looked around the exposed land, you could see for miles and miles. Could probably see the curve of the Earth if not for all the waist high grass.
You heard a noise. The Jamison Fawkes thinking noise. The Jamison Fawkes is about to have a very, very bad idea noise.
“What’cha thinkin’?” You immediately intrigued, already bored with the quiet of the small home.
“Well...” Jamison said, scratching the scruff on his chin, “We’re pretty wanted out there. Got a nice reward on our heads. Sure someone’s gonna show up eventually.”
You nodded, joining Junkrat in the scratching of his chin, “We could take them.”
“We could, at first. But Hoggie’s slowin’ down, and I can barely see me own fingers in front of my face. Plus we got more important things to do.”
He leaned on you a bit. You continued to nod and mess with his light scruff, “So we... build a fence? With barbed wire and warning signs? Start a local legend cannibals live here?”
Junkrat hmed and huhed, resting his chin in your hand like a dog as he closed his eyes to think, “I’m thinkin’ of somethin’ a bit more... entertainin’.” He smirked at you.
You smirked back. “I’ll get the supplies.”
_____ _____ _____ _____ _____
A few days past. You and Jamison spent free time outside, working in secret in a little tent where you eventually planned to build yourself and Jamison a work shed.
You also dug a lot of holes.
Mako spent his time making the house look nice. He painted the main room and set up the bed with expensive pillows and soft blankets Jamison loved so much.
He started work on a fence, nothing to ward people off, just a picket fence to mark where the property ended.
Then one morning, Mako woke up, and the two of you were gone.
This was normal, back in the old days you and Jamie would spend days and nights on end planning heists and building the newest, biggest explosive, and Mako would often wake up in bed alone.
However, normally on those mornings he strictly remembered going to bed alone as well. Jamison could stay up for days, but when he slept he was not a morning person, and you were certainly not the easiest riser either.
Mako knows for a fact he scooped the two of you up from your yard work last night. He remembered exactly the amount of complains Junkrat gave before passing out in exhaustion. He remembered the assault of kisses you needed to lay still long enough to fall asleep. And he certainly remembered the warmth of the both of you laying on top of him as he drifted off.
So where the hell did you go?
He found in answer outside.
“Mornin’ Mako!” You cheered, dropping your shovel and standing on your toes to give the large man a kiss to the cheek, smudging dirt from your face and hands on him.
Mako glanced at you, then out to Jamison, who was waving from a hole about waist deep, also covered in dirt.
“...Did you two kill someone without me?” Mako asked, glancing down at you a bit sternly.
“Well, not on purpose...” You scratched the back of your head.
“Didn’t think a mailman would come all the way out here to deliver the news!” Jamison shouted, climbing from his hole.
He took an odd zig-zag pattern to walk back to the porch that made Mako raise an eyebrow.
“Ya must be loosin’ yer hearin’ worse than we thought to not have heard the explosion that guy set off this mornin’!” Jamison laughed, shaking the dirt out of his hair.
Mako watched Jamison shake out like a dog, before turning to you, “Explain?”
“We dug a minefield!” You spoke with pride, smiling widely.
“...A minefield?” Mako asked in a disappointment tone that Junkrat promptly ignored.
“Yup! Yo keep away intruders! So we can relax durin’ our retirement!”
“I made a map!” You said proudly, pulling the map from your pocket to show Roadhog. It was drawn in crayon and had a smiley face sun in the corner. “The red dots are mines, and this is the house, and this is the main road.”
“And this here in green is the path ya gotta take! Watch I’ll show ya!” Jamie snatched the map and turned around, walking confidently though the minefield, his nose stuck to the map.
Mako watched as one of his dumbass partners walked his way though a death trap he himself made. He placed his hand on his other partner’s shoulder, and pulled you a bit closer to him, just encase.
Once Jamison safely made it to the road, Mako let out a breath he didn’t mean to hold.
“So??” You asked, looking up at him, smiling brighter than the sun.
He stared at you for a moment, then patted your head, “I’m going to make some breakfast. Then, you two are going to dig up any mines in a 6 foot radius around the house.”
“Oooh!! I want scrambled eggs!!” You cheered, following Mako into the house.
“Wha- DON’T EAT WITHOUT ME!!! ROADIE!!! I WANT PANCAKES!!! ROADIE!!!”
Jamison’s cries from cross the yard made Mako chuckle as he stepped into the small kitchen of his perfect little house.
I need more Roadrat x reader in my life!! Can I request one with a reader about the same age or a year or two younger than Junkrat? How does Roadie feel having two romantic partners half his age?
-Roadhog feels happy to be blessed with two romantic partners in life, considering his lifestyle and profession. I mean, there are some people struggling to just find one!
-Now….them being half his age, is a little hard. Sometimes he feels like he just can’t keep up with them. As young as they make him feel, his biological clock says otherwise.
-Sometimes he needs to take a breather from them, but not in a negative way. He just tends to need some alone time every now and then. After all, there is only so much he can take of Junkrat. (No offense, Junkrat, but you can be a little much sometimes)
-It does warm his heart to see both his significant others though, there’s a certain innocence that comes with their age. They’re mature, but they’re not? It’s nice to see that the corruption of the world doesn’t get to his lovers sometimes.
Hey hey! I didn't see anything saying if asks were closed so if they are and I'm just blind then very sorry, but if they arent-!
Maybe pretty please a Junkrat and/or Roadhog (poly or seperate whatever you like) x a spidersonalreader?
(Again sorry if asks are closed and I'm blind, idk, and I didn't see spiderverse on your list but idk if this really counts as spiderverse or not bc it's the reader and not the character?? Idk, it's just been infesting my brain, but I can't write for characters from things to save my life to do it myself rip, also sorry for the rambling!!)

Roadrat x GN! Spiderverse Reader!!
The heavy humidity of the smog filled streets of Kings Row was not helping with the heat of the midday sun beating down on you. You felt like a sausage stuffed into your spandex suit, it was sticking to each of your curves and folds in a way that was less appealing in this weather. You were taken away from your thoughts of a nice, cold shower by a deafening explosion, the knockback shoves you into a random man's office window.
You want to implode.
A scrappy motorbike's raggedy engine accompanies the post explosion symphony in your ears and you manage to tear your eyes away from the man staring back at you. You are met with a less awkward, and perhaps visually overwhelming connundrum instead. You expected some asshole guy to just be going over the speed limit, but not only is there two guys, one of them is on a sidecar, sitting atop a comically large bag of money. He's covered in oil and putting out the fire on the tips of his blonde hair, yelling something to his companion; a huge statue of a man with a mask obscuring his face. You search the depths of your mind, as you swing along behind him them.
That's right, Roadhog and Junkrat.
A frown settled upon your lips. They'd been all over the local vis-radio chatter, criminals all the way from the Australian wastelands. It wasn't like they didn't need the money right? As comical as the amount seemed, it certainly wasn't enough to justify the radiation plaguing their entire country right? You slowed down your pursuit as they started to lose the cops in the chase. You could have just gone on your merry way, no need to get involved in a victimless bank robbery.
Maybe you could just have a talk with them, innocent until proven guilty right? Despite the giant bag of maybe evidence sitting in the sidecar. You had been on their side of a police chase many a time, your intentions never held any weight when they went against whoever's pocket they were in.
Your curiousity got the better of you in the end. What if they had something more insidious in mind?
Finding them was easy with a birds eye view, plus you could hear them from miles away. You observed them from a rooftop in the alley they hid away in. The giant bag was gone, they must've stashed it when they were out of your sight somewhere. The smaller one… Junkrat? He was jumping around as if he was made of electricity, bragging about the haul and how they were set for life. Roadhog hadn't seemed so sure. You assumed that's what he was thinking, through whatever you could personify from an expressionless mask and flat tone. The larger man scanned their surroundings with a tense sort of knowing, probably from years of being on the run. You sighed as sweat dripped from your forehead into your eyes. You resigned from pursuing this literal dead end and have a break, leaving the two to their glory.
You looked around to make sure you were alone and sighed in relief, finally able to take off your mask. You squinted at the glaring sun as you wiped your forehead and ran your fingers through your damp hair. It was way too hot to be swinging around in a spandex suit. You grunted as you began to stretch, hearing your joints pop back into place. As you were in the process of slipping your mask back on, you felt a sense of relief from the heat, a refreshing ring of coolness wrapped around your waist and stomach-
Like a fish on a hook, you were pulled away from your thoughts of home and cold showers.
Warm giant hands practically engulfed where the cool metal had grasped. Your cheeks flushed brightly as you tried to piece together why you were stomach to stomach with a gigantic man.
"Got 'em," The deep rumbling of his voice made your spine tingle.
Your mask remained shittily perched on your head as the two criminals looked at you with wary eyes.
"Hi?" You managed with an awkward wave, feeling like a fawning prey as your anonymity was plucked off your head by scrawny fingers.
"Well ain't you a treat? What'cha want huh? Not nice to be spyin' on people all sneaky like." Junkrat's face was much too close to yours.
You couldn't stop your stomach from jolting, he was flooding your senses with the smell of gunpowder and sweat, oil and… A hint of sweet tea?
"Well it isn't every day that King's Row gets blown to pieces. Figured it was worth checking it out, what with it being my job and all. You two are the talk of the town around here, you know?"
"Well I ain't buying it! And I don't think Roadie here is either, ain't that right, Hoggie? If you're after our score, you're in for a bad time. Surprised he ain't cracked you in half already."
A hum rumbled through the man that could squeeze the life out of you at any moment, sending hot air down the back of your neck, it sent a shiver down your spine. You didn't like how much you didn't mind being stuck between these two. Maybe you needed to go home and take that cold shower after all. You nibbled on your lip anxiously.
"Well… Truth is I was just curious…" You admitted sheepishly. "This place has been pretty quiet for a while since Overwatch came around, so I just wanted to have a look."
That was barely an excuse, you've been on a downward spiral for a while now. On most days the cops were after you, even if you had just spent the day patrolling. You could have brought in as many criminals as you liked, worked all day and night, none of it mattered. To them you were the same as any brute you captured. Rotten and dangerous.
A sort of hysterical laughter wracked Junkrat's body. Behind you, Roadhog gave his own little chuff of amusement. Anyone would have thought you were some sort of comedian the way these two were acting.
"Well if yer interested in us, why don't'cha stick around? Reckon we can give you something to look at."
Junkrat's eyes were alight with mischief and you did a shitty job of pretending you might have something else to do. You wanted more. More than this responsibility that weighed heavy on your shoulders each day, sick of following every rule to a T to have it all thrown back in your face.
Maybe it was finally time to give it up, you had been trying to make a dent in this town for years for nothing. Now there's two questionable individuals with a pile of money that hadn't killed you yet, somehow showing more of an interest in you than anyone ever had.
"Why not? If you smoosh me into tiny pieces those assholes will just have a parade anyway-"
"Jeez, you're a miserable little fucker ain't ya." Junkrat snorted. "The big lug is prolly feelin' hungry right about now, why don't we keep ya for dessert ay? Know about anywhere we can grab a bite?"
"There's a bar the cops don't go near a few miles from here. Figured that's why they stopped chasin' you anyway." You relax a little into Roadhog's firm grip.
"We'll hold ya hostage til we figure out what to do with ya then." Junkrat said as he clambered into his sidecar.
You were about to voice your concerns with showing up to the biker bar full of people you have most likely turned in once or twice, but the mask was already off, there was no point keeping it a secret from these two anyway. You were suddenly lifted off the ground and plopped on top of the spindly man in the sidecar. His arms wrapping around you like they were always meant to find their way there.
"Watch it Hoggie! Could've hurt em with my launcher," Junkrat grumbled, moving you in his lap in such a way to avoid bumpin' incendiaries on your way. Respectful, but you really wouldn't have minded.
Roadhog chuffed out a laugh before gently ruffling your hair making your face heat up even more. His large form sat on the bike weighing it down and making the old thing creak.
"Hold on," the gruff voice that came from the mask made your stomach do all sorts of gymnastics.
"To what?"
You squeaked and the two criminals simply laughed as the speed smooshed you further into Junkrat's embrace.
⋆⭒˚.⋆ ᓚᘏᕐᐷ ‧₊˚ 🕷 ‧₊˚𓃟 ⋆⭒˚.⋆
You pulled down the thin and holey material over your midriff, covering the very recognisable suit beneath, just barely though.
"Uh i appreciate you being understanding about the hidden identity thing but… You got anything less holey?" You asked the reflection of the lanky man in the mirror.
Junkrat gave you a beaming smile, showing off his toothgap.
"That's the least holey thing I've got! Lucky it ain't sunday, eh?" he cackled making you shake your head.
You adjusted yourself in the cracked mirror of this backalley motel. Junkrat's clothes weren't a perfect fit, a little tight in some places, but he was tall enough that it went over your chest at least. Besides, they smelt really nice.
"What are your names anyway? Can't imagine its the ones on the posters," your eyes flicked to look at them in the mirror as you tried to make something of your damp hair, you did not want to think back to the roach that accompanied you in the shower. Or about how Junkrat befriended it once it skittered onto the main carpet.
They glanced at eachother, and Roadhog shook his head, met with Junkrat whisper debating him until you interrupted them. You gave them your name. That day was the push you needed to get out of the rut you were in, and after this, there was no going back.
"Better than you blowing my cover by calling me spidey or something," you teased, turning to them with a soft smile.
The two men regarded you for a moment, as if you were some sort of alien.
"Mako."
The gruff statement broke the silence, and Junkrat looked like a kid on Christmas.
"I knew ya liked 'em Roadie! I saw that twinkle in yer goggles!" Junkrat swung his arm around Mako with a beaming grin. "I can't believe it! He didn't tell me his name for years! I'm Jamison, Jamie, James, Jam, whatever ya like!"
His little excited rant was emphasised by him bounding to you and shaking your hand. He shook it playfully making sure your entire arm was put into it. You couldn't help but giggle at his shennanigans as you played along. It was strange how familiar and comfy these guys were with you. You were used to keeping people at a distance, lest they discover the fact a spider bit you and made you into a weird vigilante. As far as you could tell from the chatter on your way to the motel, the two of them were in the same boat, just exchange the spider bite for regular radiation. This easy dynamic you have fallen into in such a short time felt unreal, they saw you from the get go and… It was a relief.
⋆⭒˚.⋆ ᓚᘏᕐᐷ ‧₊˚ 🕷 ‧₊˚𓃟 ⋆⭒˚.⋆
Your spidey sense was going haywire as you parked outside the bar. It had you on edge, looking around at the patrons mingling outside. You had arrested a few of them and they weren't the smartest lot so you chalked your sense up to that. It's not like they'd recognise you in civillian clothes. You hopped off Jamison's lap and offered him a hand out of the sidecar, which he took quite theatrically. The three of you were a very odd bunch, two giant men towering above you like they were your shadows as you made your way in. You felt relieved at scoring the corner booth at the back, you could have a good view of everyone this way.
"Right I'll get on to ordering drinks, whatcha want?"
Junkrat stayed standing but you waved him off.
"No need, they have a little screen, here,"
You pulled Jamison back into the booth next to you, making you squish into Mako's side. Jamison ended up going for a fruity beverage, Mako a beer and you ordered your usual. You felt around your chest area under your shirt, pressing the little spider embellishment. Your credit card fell into your hand and you got a little tingle in your brain from the twinkle noise of tap to pay.
"Whatcha doing now?"
"Oh, I just paid."
"You ain't gotta-"
"You can get them next time. It's my treat today," you said it so nonchalantly, with so much confidence as if you knew you'd see them again.
As if they would never change their minds and decide you were too much of a risk and get rid of you in a ditch or something.
Silence settled amongst the three of you after a few drinks, you were kicking yourself for assuming you'd ever even see them again. It's wasn't even guaranteed you'd make it to end of the night let alone-
Your simmering spidey senses suddenly spiked and you flipped your table. The drinks clattering and spilling on the floor as a knife splintered through the surface.
"Lookie! We got ourselves a rumble!"
Jamison sounded ecstatic as you peeked over the flipped table, the whole bar was suddenly up in arms. You groaned, sinking behind the wood. Mako patted your head and Jamison gave you a cheeky grin.
"Leave this to us, treat. We'll show you why we ain't ever been caught."
You reluctantly agreed to stay out of it, after all, your mask was back at their motel. Another mistake to add to your growing list today. The bar came alight with shrapnel, explosions and maniacal cackling drowned out the gushing. You were safe behind what was left of the table with a perfect view of your new chaotic companions. Jamison couldn't stop his ecstatic giggles as he shot bomb after bomb at the crowd, the fight seemed to have carried on into the courtyard. Roadhog was shooting without missing and somehow neither of them were getting hit. Even as gunfire rained down like a storm, they stood tall and sturdy. Bullets richocheted off bullets and bombs blew them up before they could get close to you.
The kind of sychronity they worked in was crazy, a sort of macabre dance of shrapnel and gunpowder. Your heart lurched a bit. They were not only protecting themselves, but each other, and you. No one had ever protected you. You always had to fend for yourself, never allowed a break, never allowed to be rescued. Especially not after that spider bit you as a teen. It was misery.
Your spidey sense zapped you back to your senses, a weaselly man found a blind spot and was trying to sneak his way close to Jamison. Before you could think twice, you jumped into action. Scooping Jamie up into one of your arms and punching the guy with your free hand. The man stumbled and Jamison adjusted to shooting bombs in your arms with flushed cheeks and his signature grin. The guy went to hit you and was batted away like a fly in the way of a swatter. Mako grabbed your arm dragging you through the wreckage that was the bar, hands covered your eyes.
"Ain't pretty, don't look."
Something twinged in your stomach as the scent of blood and smoke filled your sense. You should really take them in, that was the right thing to do… It was so quiet, surely no one was going to make it out of there. The line between what was right and justice itself had become worse than blurry since Overwatch's return.
Wind whistled in your ears and the hand moved off your eyes. The one on your arm stayed. You should be angry, you should be sad and sick and and…
"You okay Mako?"
Mako's grip on you loosened and he nodded.
"You?"
You nodded too and placed Jamison on the ground.
"Did you see 'em out there? Swept me off my feet like a pretty princess!" The blonde cackled with childish glee and you couldn't help but feel the slightest bit lighter.
"Anytime, Jamie."
The nickname easily fell off your tongue with a half hearted chuckle and Junkrat froze up, his ears turning red. The two looked at you as if seeing you for the first time, making you feel awkward and squirm under their gaze.
"I thought you said it was okay to ca-"
Teeth clashed into yours, suddenly you were drowning in a messy, needy kiss. Mako's hand on your arm kept you steady as Jamison practically threw himself into you. Your eyes widened in surprise and you didn't quite know what to do with yourself, you felt more buzzed from that than the drinks from earlier.
So they weren't perfect… One could even say they were the furthest thing from heroes… But didn't Overwatch kill people and wreak havoc?
Jamison's gentle whines pulled you out of your internal struggle. You slowly gave into temptation, responding to his needy kisses and tangling your hands in his hair.
You felt appreciated, wanted and… Seen. With great power came great responsibility, but… It's also your right as a person to make your own destiny right?
From that day on the three of you were tangled together like a forgotten fishing net drifting in the waves. Lines of justice and love tangling together in a messy web you trapped yourself in. You never wanted to escape.
Could I see some cute, fluffy smut between Roadrat and a tall, thin, trans woman s/o, who is shy and easily flustered.
Thank you for your patience, I really hope this was worth the wait! 人(_ _*)
“Whatcha’ got cookin’ up love?” Jamison smiled approaching you from behind, his hands slowly wrapping themselves around you – Jamison loved giving you hugs from behind.
“J– Jamison, I’m trying to cook …” you muttered, your face was beyond red then and you could feel it heating up more.
“Ain’t it more fun that way? You get’a cook while I get’a hold the woman I love. Ya’ know what, I think ya’ look best with those cheeks lookin’ all rosy” he teased, only making you more flustered.
Once dinner was finished, you and Mako sat beside one another on your couch waiting for Jamison to pick out a movie for the three of you. As the two of you ate, Mako, very shyly, took your hand and held it softly. Taking a peak in his direction, the two of you locked eyes, only for him to mouth ‘I love you’.
“I-I love you too,” you smiled up at him, giving him a soft peck on the cheek – you were as red as a tomato.
Finally settling on a movie, Jamison joined the two of you on the couch – the three of you stayed stalemated on that couch all evening cuddled under a blanket.
You held onto both of their hands while the movie played – you could feel your head growing heavy, now rested on Mako’s shoulder, you could feel your eyes slowly closing.
“Look, she’s asleep,” Jamison muttered to his large friend and he combed his fingers through your hair.
“I really don’t know what we did’ta deserve a gal like her – I don’t wanna imagine my life without her,” he continued, to which Mako nodded.
Their love for you was evident – you were their soulmate.
Completely asleep, Mako lifted you from the couch and headed to bedroom where he then tucked you in. Both men, very carefully, climbed into bed with you – each at your sides, they cuddle to your body.
It would be after one of their bigger heists, when they were both laying low in a little town that they would stumble upon you. Mako would be the first one to see you, admiring your beauty from afar, day-dreaming to himself about how he might introduce himself to you, wishing to be suave and charming, but knowing in his current state that wouldn’t be easy.
It would always confuse Jamie when his friend would go missing during the day, to return almost dreamily and always in a good mood. One day he would decide to follow him and it was then that Jamie had seen you. At first he was shocked by your beauty and then proud that the older man managed to find someone so beautiful in such a little town.
Unlike his larger friend Jamie wouldn’t hesitate in approaching you, acting goofy and charming, getting you completely on his side. “Heh, so ‘ave you lived ‘ere all ya life?” Jamie asked, stuffing another handful of crisps into his mouth, chewing loudly. You could only laugh and nod your head. “Whoa, that is amazin’. I’m from…” He hesitated. “A pretty bad place…”
“You’re from Australia, right?” You voice was small in that moment and reluctantly Jamie nodded his head. “I’m… sorry.” You informed him. “I heard some of the stories about… about what happened and it must have been really hard to grow up there, to live there.” You explained before frowning heavily.
A heavy frown set upon his lips. “I dunno.” He decided with a soft shrug before looking at the time. “I’d better go. My mate’ll be waitin’ for me.” He smirked as he stood up. “You know, you’re real nice to spend time with. You’re… kind to me, which is a lot more than other people are…”
When he finally returned home that night Jamie’s heart was a flutter but he was met by the stormy face of Mako, glaring down at him. “Whoa. Whoa. What’s your problem?” It was almost impossible to sense what he was feeling but Jamie knew he was pissed. “What? Is this ‘cause I was out all day? C’mon, I gotta have some life, mate~”
“I saw you in town.” Mako stated in a rough voice. “I saw you with that girl-“ Jamie found himself laughing in that moment, waving his friend away before suddenly Mako grabbed his arm and forced him around to be facing him. “Stay away from her.” Jamie then creased his brows. “That girl deserves better than you.”
The smile never left Jamie’s face, tilting his head. “Listen, mate…” He moved a little closer to his friend, patting him on the shoulder. “I know this isn’t just you being a protective sod, I know you got some feelin’s for this girl, alright? Now…” He smirked and moved across the room to grab two beers. “We share most things, right?” Mako frowned behind his mask. “Why don’t we find a way to share one more thing.”
Mako scoffed. “What makes you think that girl would ever be interested-“ “Trust me, I’m bloody charmin’ and you’re a sweetheart. That girlie is gonna be swoonin’ in no time.” Jamie found himself laughing in a manic way once more. “You just leave this to me. Don’t worry~” He winked then before holding his beer out for Mako to tap his own against it.
This place seemed a little dingy and grungy but most of the other bars seemed to be closing for the night, this one remained open which meant it was ideal for you to get a drink. Wandering up to the bar, placing your elbows onto the wooden surface and leaning your head into your hands.
It took the bartender a moment to respond to you, cleaning a glass as he wandered in your direction. “What can I get you?” Then you had to think about what you might want, looking up at the limited selection and making a face before responding. “Whisky on the rocks.” The man behind the bar stared at you for a moment longer before turning around and starting to prepare your drinks.
You had only been in the bar for a couple of minutes but already you could sense it was one of those rather cliquey places, where everyone seemed to know each other and they didn't like anyone knew wandering in. The way that people were muttering and pointing in your direction, eying you up from across the room.
The sound of boots stomping against the ground came from beside you but you didn't bother gazing up, kept yourself placed down on a barstool before hearing the screeching of wood against the door and a bulky form was beside you in the next moment. “Well hello there~” He had a low drawl to his voice. “I don't think I've seen you around here before.”
“That's because I haven't been around here before.” You responded before moving yourself to be sitting upright and looking over to see that beside you said an older man, fairly handsome in face, fully silvery beard with matching choppy locks. “Is there something that I can help you with? I'm just looking to have a quick drink and then get out of here?”
A scoff came from the man. “Psh.” Placing his overly warm hand on your knee and squeezing it softly, which you responded in absent-mindedly pushing the limb away, an act which made him laugh and quickly replace his hand back on your knee. “Don't be silly. The party is just about to start-” The doors opened and two steps of footsteps entered the room, everyone seemed to go quiet, even more newcomers.
“Hiya.” A familiar Australian accent came from behind you and the lower grunt that followed tipped you off even more. “I'll warn ya mate, the last one who left his hand there for a little too long wound up getting it cut off~” Jamie commented wiggling the fingers of his prosthetic hand jokingly, referring to the way this older man continued to palm his hand annoyingly into your knee.
Instantly the hand was removed and placed up onto the bar, tapping it there for a couple moments longer before looking at you and then looking at the awkwardly tall blonde and the overly large man who placed themselves beside you as if they were your bodyguards. “Whatever.” He grumbled lowly before standing and almost knocking his barstool over as he wandered back across the room from where he had come.
“Why is it you insist on going to the dodgiest bars?” A whine came from Jamie as he rose up and wandered around to be sitting one side of you whilst Mako moved along one to be sitting the other side, you smoothed between them as you usually were. “How many fights are we gonna get into tonight?”
A soft hum came from your lips as you began to run your finger very delicately over Mako's large knuckles smiling up at him before then looking over at Jamie and then responding. “Hmm, maybe a couple?” You shrugged your shoulders gently. “I actually quite like this place. I think it would be a nice place to settle down for a little while. Once all the riff-raff are gone.” You suggested with a cheeky grin following.
This made a soft groan slip from Jamie's lips, placing both hands over his faces for a moment, rubbing his eyes before looking over at Mako who just shrugged his shoulders. They would both do anything to make sure that you were happy. “Alright, alright. Your wish is our command.”
