Bhaja Masala (Dry Roasted Bengali Spice Blend)

Ingredients –

2 tbsp cumin seeds

2 tbsp fennel seeds

2 tsp coriander seeds

4 pieces green cardamom

2 dry red chillies

Method –

Heat a pan on medium low flame

Add all the spices

Roast them, stirring continuously for about 8 minutes

Once done, grind them to a fine powder
