OK OK HOLD ON
so as a Desi person, i have been enjoying paneer parathas for a very very long time since i was like 4-5 years old. but today i was talking to a friend and i was talking about how good the paneer paratha was and she was like "you stuff the paneer in the paratha?!"
so my question is, are paneer parathas not a common food item? any Desi blogs and moots, i need clarification, one of my favorite foods is being downgraded 😭
this moment was a cultural reset

How To Make The Best Mint Raita?
Raita is a very famous and frequently eaten condiment dip or sauce in India. It is served with various meals and goes well with almost everything in Indian cuisine. When someone says raita, a person can easily recall its main ingredients. The very famous mint-raita is a mint condiment which is made with yogurt. Try the raita with any Indian dish, and it is for sure that you will savor the taste for long.
Random ask posing as a distraction;; I learnt how to make parathas in two parts. The first day I learnt to knead the dough and roll it, and the second day, I learnt to fry (?) ready-made parathas. Nothing big, nothing special, but I feel like I have achieved something. It's the little things ❤️
That’s really cool! I remember hand-making rotis with my grandparents in India when I was ~5-6, and I think that’s the last time I’ve made anything bread-related by hand.
#lunch service from EWR on @airindia_official . The food on air India is still a notch above the rest. This was the Indian vegetarian option. #ajwain / #bishopsweed #parathas served with #dalmakhni , #jeerarice with #butterpaneer ( the paneer was soft, and well seasoned) and a potato / bell pepper #subzi. For an inflight meal it was pleasantly surprising that the peppers were perfectly cooked, retaining a hint of the innate crunchiness. The salad was asparagus and avocado with a #mustard dressing.
