for the people who are always like “if manifestation is THAT EASY why don’t everyone manifest this? why don’t you manifest that?” let me explain.
our brain + subconscious literally grew up being conditioned by family stuff, society, trauma, negativity, survival mode… so it’s used to struggle. that’s why it can’t easily accept how instant and effortless manifestation actually is.
most of us see it as this long hard process, even when we know it’s instant. that’s why you feel like you need to constantly affirm, listen to subs, do routines etc. and the second you take a break you feel like you “started over” or all the affirmations you did before don’t count. babe snap out of it!!
self concept / nervous system regulation is NOT mandatory. if you already have the mindset that “everything comes no matter what,” you’re good. but most ppl don’t, and that’s why we recommend working on self concept. once you strengthen it, you stop wavering between “i have it all” and “i hate my life” every other day. you’re stable in a god tier mindset, and your manifests feel instant. the community lately has been toxic with “you don’t need to do ANYTHING, you already have it all” which confuses ppl. yeah you don’t need to do anything but truth is, most ppl’s brains aren’t used to that kind of ease. so when they can’t naturally shift into the “already have it” mindset, they feel bad and think they’re back at square one.
→ if seeing manifestation as a process makes you comfortable, do it that way.
→ if you truly believe it’s instant, cool, live that way.
what you assume is what you get.
affirmations & subliminals aren’t about “creating” something they’re reminders, retraining your brain, helping you stay in that assumption. every second you’re literally shifting timelines, bc infinite realities exist.
from my own experience (7–8 years into this) especially the last 2 stronger bc working on self concept changed everything. i affirm, i use self concept subs, and it stops me from wavering. like, even if my current reality looks nothing like what i want, i remind myself: “this isn’t even real, i’m just on a lil side mission right now, i’ll be back in my desired reality soon.” practicing non dualism helps you too. nothing is “real” except what you decide. and yeah, sometimes bad stuff happens and you feel sad. that doesn’t “ruin” your manifestation. forcing yourself not to feel sad or something like that = resistance. let yourself feel it, but remember: you’re choosing to feel it, you cry just bc you want it and it doesn’t define your reality. what you assume sticks. so when something shitty happens, instead of spiraling into “fuck my life nothing works”, i catch myself and go: “wait. i already have the life i want. this doesn’t change anything.”
remind yourself often. it costs nothing. the more you do it, the more you’ll see your reality actually shift. you literally have nothing to lose so always choose the better assumption.
