It’s the I love you that hurts the most,
Because i did. I loved you so fucking much. Even through all the twisted bullshit.
I Guess that’s why it still hurts so much, because I can still feel the remnants of that love. It makes me sick. So physically ill. So ill it’s scrambled my sense of normalcy.
I had to learn what love truly was. I still do. Even in the days I think I have overcome it.
Love shouldn’t make me feel unsafe.
Love shouldn’t make me feel like I have to do anything desperate to keep it.
Love should never make me feel like it’s a weapon.
Love shouldn’t make me obsessive.
You taught me everything love shouldn’t be.
Now I’m learning about what love should have been all along. 13 years later and I’m still learning.
-Open letter To the Father who showed too much
A Curse
It is a curse,
To feel so violently,
Yet,
Feel nothing all the same.
It is a curse,
To want to take away all their pain.
Yet,
Destroy myself silently.

It’s okay to live an average life.
It’s okay to live for something other than your job, other than that endless hustle and grind.
Sometimes your dreams aren’t becoming some renowned figure in society.
Being average or “mediocre”, is okay.
We are born to do more than just work, pay bills, and die.
Whether that be to just be content in an average house with a reliable car and a happy family.
Or traveling single with your pet.
Whatever happiness means to you is what’s important. Too often we are taught that if we didn’t earn enough money, or work enough hours, or bleed out lives and rip out our hearts for the world to see then we have accomplished nothing.
That’s not true.
Your success, your happiness is your interpretation alone.
I write for me and no one else. If that touches you and comforts you then I am happy for that.
But I am okay with being the small unknown writer. Because all that matters to me is those who loved me and still love me before all my successes. Who still love me even when I am average.
This isn’t my typical MO but as an advocate against crimes on children, I highly suggest you add this to your movie watch list. It is intense so please bare that in mind. Child sex crimes is a hugely enormous problem not just in American but world wide. This film touches on just one portion of this epidemic. There are many other movies I can suggest if you are interesting in like documentaries. I know it is easier to turn a blind eye to the uncomfortable things in life but I urge you to go head on into those uncomfortable topics. Ignoring the problem doesn’t make it go away. Just makes it easier for them to continue happening for more years to come. Please don’t be blind.
