Song: "Softcore" — The Neighbourhood ♬ Flower: Ghost Orchid Honestly excited to explore his character more. Being raised by Fey means he's a crafty creature. He's a tease. Sometimes well-meaning, well, he knows but you will not.

OC Romance Chart

Some notes:

The difficult part of romancing Imrae is convincing him that things can last. There's also patience required because of his demiromantic nature and his hyperindependent tendencies. It will take him time to act "couply" with someone, affectionate touch does not come easy to him, and he hates to be coddled.

He would be very hard to romance by someone with a much shorter lifespan than his. Elves and male drow would have the easiest time, though gnomes and dwarves are good, too. He would be extremely hesitant to get romantically attached to someone who will die of old age within the next century.

He is practically impossible to romance by a devotee of Lolth. Your cult killed his parents and hunted him for decades.

He can and will easily break up if he feels that he is being controlled, disrespected, or that his boundaries are ignored.

A lock of hair seems a very sentimental gift to a practical person like him, but Faerûn is a world of magic. It does have practical uses (scrying, for example) and giving it to him is an act of trust in his eyes, that he will guard it and not use it for malicious spells.

The "Ideal Partner" is not the person Imrae would describe, he would not know what he wants other than a "companion", but a person that would compliment him very well. Someone who can lighten the mood. match his wit, and not be too much of a moral arbiter.

Love Aura: Prismatic White A higher-dimensional vibrancy expanding beyond the physical. A reflection of a successful ceremorphosis, away from heavier, earthier tones associated with ordinary humanity. What this entails for Tempest, with an Archfey patron, only time will tell...

Sign of the Golden Wheel: The star of the determined and naturally independent. Those born beneath it are destined for greatness and difficult to sway. Capable of keeping a cool head even against dire odds. Faerûn's answer to the zodiac's Lion: representing courage in all things—including love.

Challenge Rating: A risk. Tempest is difficult to romance because she embodies the storm. She requires genuine investment, patience, and trust before deeper feelings can take root. She needs to know that the choice is always hers—that she can walk away without pressure or expectation. Only when someone proves they will still choose her at her worst does she finally allow her walls to fall.

Song: Wash My Dreams Away Many songs fit the occasion, but the game’s own soundtrack best captures her vulnerability here. Wash My Dreams Away, in particular, inspired an entire chapter; its liminal, dreamlike quality feels almost like being suspended underwater, perfectly matching the atmosphere I associate with writing her in those rare moments.

But it is a song I have long associated with my girl.

I was tagged by @eliwyntorleth some time ago (!) for this one. Go see the one she made [here] about her delightful Eliwyn, and try not to fall in love!

I'm not going to lie, these templates take a while to fill BUT they are so much fun to make... I find it very relaxing, and it's like I get to spend some quality time alone with my OC, with her as my sole focus for a few hours. I love it immensely. Sign me up for all the templates!

Here is the song (the original is from Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, but in this context I love this heartfelt cover sung by a woman, fits the intended vibe a bit better I find 🙂) :

About "Gifts" // I know it's not a very popular love language, as it is often perceived as somewhat materialistic and greedy. But the thing about Elore is that she navigates the world mainly through her physicality, needing to perceive things by her sense of touch for them to feel "real". So for her, we're not talking big expensive gifts at all. She'll be overjoyed when gifted small meaningful trinkets that come with a story, that she can carry with her or decorate her living space with. And when self doubt starts crawling up and clutching at her heart, she can take these small physical reminders into her palm and touch them with her fingers, anchoring herself to the love that exists between her and her partner.

Challenge Rating // I probably would have given her one heart, because she is fairly easy to charm. (You have to be rather obvious with your approach though, my dear gentle girl struggles with discerning intentions and interpersonal subtleties...) But if you're not a mind reader, the relationship probably won't last. She'll grow distant, and she won't even be able to tell you why. 🙁

Love Language GIVEN vs NEEDED // having already established that Elore's way of interacting with the world is through physicality, TOUCH and GIFTS are not surprising, and she needs those just as much as she offers them to her partner in return. But while she'll liberally perform ACTS OF SERVICE like they're going out of style, she suffers from a rather vicious inner monologue most of the time, so she really does *need* sincere, soothing, and frequent WORDS OF AFFIRMATION. ❤️

A few notes: The song is “warm” by Ariana, though her & Astarion’s song is also on that album; Willow cannot bake or cook lol but she lovesss to dance and to spend quality time in general; I put her challenge rating at “difficult” because she’s hard to keep, she tends to run away; and you may notice that her actual partner does not perfectly fit her idea of an ideal partner. Compromise is important 🤗
