My trainer was busy today so I got a home training instead of gym. 21/02/2022

One leg deadlift x12 (kettlebell 12kg)

Squat x12

Lunges x12

Climbing on a box x12

Rope jumping 60sec

After all of that, Cardio: 5x 60sec jumping rope
