i had so much hope but then i was delivered a Wreath of Meat

whats wack is im a reasonably big proponent for meat wreath...i think shes alright, but like, the lack of consistent design choices? terrible. 

some elements got chunk, others got frankly way more usable abstract glowy motif and that aint fair

pocketss was the first FR artist I ever saw, and what got me back into the game after quitting for a few years. Just… the attitude in the art, the characters, I just… I love them.

semolinaart with their attention to detail, those super thin lines screams of a patience that I admire so much, that and the creative liberty they take that feels like it should be canon

nimrook-fr oh my heck dude. Your love for your art, dragons, and lore is just so palpable in everything you make that it’s always a delight. Your love for the desert and its whole aesthetic is what inspired me to make some desert dragons myself, fdskjabf.

noodledoodlesfr draws these absolutely adorable dragons in a style that’s instantly recognisable. The little spindle legs, the minimal yet conveying expressions/poses, aaaaa I love it

fishtrouts GDFKJGSD. The fluidity of your art is always stunning, I’ve stared at your art for long periods of time simply letting my eye trace over the lines and motion that feels so natural.

apel-rising I don’t think I know where to begin– your lore, your art, there’s so much clear love poured into all of it that it’s almost overwhelming. Every now and then I go back and browse through your accents, art, and bios, just to admire it.

rottclaw I know you’ve been pinged a lot but cripes my dude. There was a bust you did and added in just the lines for comparison, and I spent a good long while looking at all the tiny details, the clean and precise lines, holy crap. I can only imagine how much time it must take you, but it’s always stunning.

molten-wartoad Where to BEGIN. Your art has this ethereal and haunting vibe that a person can’t shake. Whenever I see some art from you, I’ll admire, go do something else, and end up coming back to stare at it. It’s gorgeous.

back when i started playing in 2010 getting weather and grass added was like. a big deal. the wolf addition was one of the best. old minecraft holds a special place in my heart i tell you what

i played from like alpha something to pretty early beta so i didnt even play after wolves were added, i think i stopped after the whole enchantment thing happened bc i just wanted to Farm and not go into dungeons and i hated that in order to enchant stuff id have to farm stuff in dungeons

@artbytesslyn Bruh as soon as I started playing Sombra properly, some of Tess’s artwork showed up on my dash and I was hooked. There’s so much emphasis on line which is enhanced very simple colour schemes, but every piece is presented in a way that just seems so.. human. She also does excellent character writing and it shows in all her comics and original designs! I’m also in on the Big Tier of her patreon and it’s. mmmyes I love this content give me all of it so I can stick it to my face Favourite art: I’m a gay memelord so of course it’s this

@datura-tea HEY you like fallout OCs? you like Ulysses? Peri got you covered. everything is so soft and expressive and just focuses on people living the life they should in any regular post-apocalyptic scenario. cleaning up stuff, wearing embarrassing shirts, swearing, lil bit of kissing, y’know. There’s homeliness in the way all these characters are developed far beyond game canon into something believable, the body language is superb, and everything is conveyed in a relaxingly simplistic style.  Favourite art: i know this is SUPER old but. this. my poor heart 

@rottclaw My Dude. My Guy. I cant express how much I love the way Nox draws paws and claws. There’s a way he handles silhouette and pose that I wish I could grasp, the lineart is so smooth and soft and clean, weight is conveyed convincingly, and the way he works even portraits or little standalone pieces is just exceptional. I also love all the lore he messes around with in FR pieces! There’s a lot of gross dragons and the Good OC content in here.  Favourite art: A good boy with a good aesthetic and good horns

@helmip This is some of the most goddamn fluid and characteristic celshading I’ve seen, and the colouring is absolutely to die for. There’s a fine balance of pure anatomical knowledge mixed in with a very hefty dealing of fantasy, and the shading is something powerful I can’t quite comprehend. and those tiny tiny lines I wish my computer knew how to handle the size of canvas Helmi works with, because MMHM very high quality Favourite art: this fantastic boy

@esuerc I’ve commissioned you before and I’d love to again because your style is so expressive and gotdamn pointy. Esuerc has such a grasp on planes of anatomy that they can go wild with style and it really really shows. There’s edges and corners and lines, which is fantastic for portraying the harsh and the scary, but there’s also room for softness and calmness while that same angular appearance is maintained, and there’s something wildly unique about it I’ve not seen before.   Favourite art: I mean, aside from the commissions I got .w. this one is also old af but I think about it a lot
