Nice 10 mile loop this morning. Up at 5:30 am and out the door. The MAF Training is coming along nicely. It’s very humbling being forced to run slower and build back up to my regular pace. I really wish it would happen quicker but ya gotta put the time and effort in. I’ll be running (not racing) #hellcat 50K in a couple of weeks. Instead of a 4hr 15 finish, I’ll be looking at a 7-8hr finish. That’s going to be the hardest thing for me. Had a good run. Didn’t look at my watch. Just kept the pace nice and easy. Kelly dropped me off in Altamonte and 2hrs later, she picked me up along the roadside in Lake Mary.
