rydersofcolor day 1- Family & Friends.

Drack is the closest thing Anna has to a friend in Andromeda, he’s willing to get into a bar fight with her if she needs to blow off some steam and doesn’t question her partying/almost alcoholism. Anna trusts Drack in the field, knowing that he’s got her back and has even tried to get him to agree to some biotic tricks while fighting he’s taken a hard pass.

Jaal was interested in Anna in the beginning and they almost ended up together, but her impulsiveness combined with the disaster to rescue his siblings made him break things off before they could get serious. But Jaal admires how hard she works to help the cluster (both human and angara) and her concern over Scott.

Cora and Anna somewhat get along, they’ll work together for a mission/in the field but other than that steer clear of each other. It started after Habitat 7 where Cora was more upset over not becoming Pathfinder more than saying she was sorry that Alec died. Anna let if fester for so long that one time after Cora started to critique something Anna did with her biotics, Anna just snapped and told Cora off in front of the rest of the team (PeeBee was impressed while Vetra pretended to find interesting salvage). After that they barely spoke outside of mission briefings until the Archon’s flagship and Anna letting SAM kill her to set Cora and Drack free; once they were back on the Tempest they somewhat patched things up but Cora still grates on Anna’s nerves.

rydersofcolor day 3; self-love

Anna loves her hair and her eyes, she got both from Ellen and considers them her best features. She’ll spend at least 30 minutes styling her hair so it looks effortless and the perfect amount of floppiness in front of her face (sometimes she’ll have excellent bedhead and decides to go with it for the day). She also smuggled brought a crap ton of make-up with her to Andromeda because before they left she found the perfect shade of concealer/eye shadow/mascara and didn’t want to leave the Milky Way, and have a bad breakout day with nothing to hide it. She’s pretty comfortable in her own skin, preferring more casual clothes over Initiative wear and will only wear the white polo when she’s on the Nexus; when she’s out in the field it’s either her N7 armor or her leather jacket, scarf, and gloves.

Anna’s always been a bit of a party girl, when her and Scott were in college she had to take the drunk shuttle back to her dorm more than once, and whenever life got hard (Alec getting dishonorably discharged, her career tanking as a result, Ellen getting sick and dying, etc) she would always head to a nearby bar and start drinking. But she always tried to make sure she was never drunk while on-duty, hungover maybe but never drinking on the job. Scott tried to talk to her about it once, but she just brushed him off with a joke and a wink.

But once they get to Andromeda, Alec dies, Scott is in a coma, and she’s thrust into the Pathfinder role the drinking ramps up; Cora keeps an eagle-eye on her while they’re on the Nexus and tries to make the Tempest dry (Anna just gets Drack to smuggle some on board), while Lexi lectures her multiple times that even if she’s a biotic and it takes more for her to get a buzz the amount she’s drinking is too much to be healthy. Anna takes it under advisement for thirty seconds but then goes back to her normal habits the next day.
