I didn't identify myself as a Sultan but I swear he saw that look in my eye... that look that says tell Me more about your ovens and your homemade beef in house...tell me everything! He was #confidentnotcocky - They have nothing to hide and my beef buddy told me they want their customers to know it all about what goes into their sandwich "we do it all in the open here, we have an open door policy" I regret not asking to see the slicer in action! This thing was rare, juicy, and perfectly assembled between the perfectly griddled top hat bun. the #jamesriverbbqsauce was perfectly proportioned and It was a work of art that I hope they put in the Salem Wax Museum or at least the @peabodyessex . There was no hocus pocus here...just top quality beef served by top quality people. This may be our highest rated beef yet and I think they only fell slightly short because there wasnt a north shore beef queen behind the counter yucking it up with the guys.
