So I've just watched ep 1 and

- I just loved how the first scenes mirrored Quentins entry to brakebills so much (is there a gifset? someone should make it. maybe I will)

- TODD AS ELIOT

- the little changes they made with filling the colours down and wiping the house clean of the graffiti? amazing

- Kafka is kind of an inside joke in my friend group so I appreciate that Zelda gave Alice "Metamorphosis" for more than the irony of it all. But I do think that coupled with the bug she catches it's part of her plan, I just hope she doesn't follow the book and becomes a giant bug because I hate bugs and also I don't know how that would help

- I love how kady is the one figuring shit out

- JANETS LITTLE SCREAMS

- I love Hansel so much I need that kinda positivity in my life

- Santa Claus is a character with a tragic backstory? and somehow it's not totally ridiculous? how even

- I am so happy for Julia in Brakebills but it also breaks my heart

- also Eliots persona was Nigel?

- the monster and Brian are giving me really fucked up queliot fanfic vibes and I probably shouldn't enjoy that as much as I do

- also Brian looks great

- Marina is back in town

- Janet in fillory ? yes! give me my high king Margo back the 10 minutes she was in power just weren't enough

- disappointed by the lack of fen but she's probably gonna become more important now which I'm loving

all in all I'm just extremely happy it's back and we get more content, I loved many things and they set it up great but I feel like the whole episode kinda felt like exposition and it felt too short because of that? I want episode 2 like right now
