So does general fandom not think Jaime and Brienne are a real thing or do they just not care? I feel like we are a different breed of people lol.

anyone I know *outside* fandom ie who doesn’t have a tumblr etc but who watched got and hasn’t read the books thought jaime’s ending was crap and they should have ended together so that’s the tea, as far as *fandom* goes I think a lot of people don’t care and a lot of others can’t handle the thought of god forbid a hot dude and a not conventionally hot woman having a romance and also there’s a lot of disdain in regular fandom for the romance plots as if grrm doesn’t care about that and they’re above such ridiculous notions when there are romance plots in the books so idk and tbh at this point I don’t even care, when it happens people will go like OMG WHAT FORREAL again as if the show didn’t confirm It Was A Plot Point for how much they butchered it and we’ll be here like ‘yeah told you so’. xD
